My Counseling Practice
My counseling experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, counseling care. As a therapist, I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples in office and in online counseling.
My Treatment Focus
I focus on helping individuals feel understood, validated, energized, and empowered to shift from the "fix or fail" trap to a "feel and focus" mindfulness that activating primary interests in the activities of daily living. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, staying present listening to concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I strive to provide these conditions with non-judgmental attention in face-to-face or online therapy.

I invite you to engage in a collaborative process of "walking" and "working" together one step at a time. I come alongside you in every step of your therapeutic journey--having journeyed along these same paths in my personal life. Depression & Anxiety & Crisis of Faith
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Crisis of faith is a common and deeply troubling experience that arises when seeking comfort from faith makes depression and anxiety worse even for legendary saints who expressed similar grief (Job, David, Jeremiah). Together through counseling and treatment, we aim to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. EMDR therapy offers effective and rapid results for acute trauma.
Relationships & Parenting
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Parent education and counseling can be beneficial to single parents or couples looking for methods to restore peaceful and positive parent-child experiences.
